READ CAREFULLY

·       Applicants must follow solicitation instructions, otherwise the grant application may be declined without review.

·       Grant applications must be submitted electronically using the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS).  Refer to Program Information, Instructions, and Requirements Section 6.4 for details.  No other format will be accepted.

·       In order to apply using IIPS, you MUST have a Dunn and Bradstreet Data Universal Number (DUNS).  A DUNS number is free by calling 1-866-705-5711.  

·       If selected for award, you must register (if not already) in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).  A DUNS number is required to register with CCR.  Call 1-888-227-2423 to register in CCR.  

·       Obtaining a DUNS may be time consuming, therefore, DO NOT DELAY.
